Photos: The Houthis announce targeting Tel Aviv with a new undetectable drone

Falcon powers – The Yemeni Ansar Allah group, also known as the Houthis, issued a statement today, Friday, regarding the execution of a qualitative military operation that targeted an important target in Tel Aviv using a new drone called “Jaffa”.

The statement said that “the drone air force of the Yemeni armed forces carried out a qualitative military operation using a new drone called ‘Jaffa’ capable of overcoming the enemy’s interception systems and undetectable by radars, and the operation achieved its objectives successfully, with a focus on targeting the front of the Zionist enemy internally and reaching the depth.”

The statement stressed that “this qualitative operation confirms that the Yemeni armed forces have a bank of targets in occupied Palestine, including sensitive military and security targets,” noting that “they will continue to strike those targets in response to the enemy’s massacres and daily crimes against our brothers in the Gaza Strip.”

An explosion of unknown origin on Friday, around 03:15 local time (00:15 GMT), injured 7 people with minor injuries in central Tel Aviv, according to the Israeli police. The military said it is investigating a possible “aerial” attack.

The police said in a statement that “police forces arrived at the scene and are searching the area for suspicious objects,” calling on “residents to respect safety instructions and not to approach or touch debris or shrapnel that may contain explosives.”
