387 Days of War: Dozens of Martyrs and a New Massacre in Beit Lahiya

FALCON POWERS – Israeli aircraft continued their bombardment of various areas in the Gaza Strip on the 387th day of the war, resulting in a large number of martyrs and injuries.

The Israeli occupation committed seven massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, with 77 martyrs and 289 injuries reported in hospitals over the past 48 hours. This count does not include casualties from hospitals in northern Gaza due to the blockade and difficulties in communication and access.

The toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 42,924 martyrs and 100,833 injuries since October 7.

Occupation forces withdrew from the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Government Hospital after arresting dozens of displaced individuals and doctors, most of whom were released to Sheikh Radwan Clinic in Gaza City. Citizens discovered the bodies of eight martyrs after the tanks retreated.

A significant number of martyrs and injuries resulted from the occupation’s bombing of five houses belonging to the “Masri,” “Abu Shadak,” and “Salman” families near the western roundabout in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza. Medical sources reported that more than 30 martyrs fell due to the bombing of five inhabited homes in Beit Lahiya.

Ten martyrs and injuries were also reported from the bombing of a house belonging to the Ghobain family, which was sheltering displaced individuals in the Beit Lahiya project, northern Gaza.

Dr. Hassan Al-Baba, director of the Quran and Sunnah House in Beit Lahiya and holder of a PhD in international law, was martyred in the occupation’s massacre, joining his mother, sister, and her two daughters, who were martyred two weeks ago.

In Gaza, one martyr and several injuries were reported due to the bombing of Salah Al-Din School, which shelters displaced individuals near Palestine Stadium in Gaza City. Additionally, two martyrs and several injuries resulted from occupation aircraft bombing a house belonging to the “Zaqout” family near Al-Ghafran Mosque at the end of Al-Nafaq Street in Gaza City.

Southern Gaza

The occupation army continues to demolish homes in the center and west of Rafah City, which was invaded by Israeli tanks on May 7. The occupation’s artillery bombarded the vicinity of the Al-Shakoush area west of Rafah, southern Gaza. The coastal Mauasi area and its surroundings in western Rafah were also targeted.

One martyr from the Mahdi family and three injuries were reported due to bombardment in the Abou Rashwan area south of Khan Younis. Additionally, one martyr and several injuries occurred due to shelling in Abasan east of Khan Younis, while Hani Ismail Al-Najjar from the town of Khaza’a succumbed to injuries sustained a week ago when his tent was targeted west of Khan Younis.

Central Gaza

An Israeli airstrike and artillery bombardment targeted northwest of Al-Nuseirat camp in central Gaza. A 60-year-old woman from the Al-Madhoun family was injured and taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah from the Nitzareem checkpoint.

Three citizens were reported martyred in the central Gaza area, one from Israeli gunfire east of Al-Bureij camp and two in the Zawayda area southwest of Al-Nuseirat.
