FALCON POWERS – A general strike engulfed cities in the West Bank and Jerusalem on Sunday as a sign of mourning and anger over the Israeli occupation’s massacre in the Nour Shams refugee camp in Tulkarm and the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, which has now entered its 198th day.
The strike paralyzed daily life, accompanied by calls for angry protests.
The Fatah movement in the northern regions declared a comprehensive strike and escalated confrontation with the occupier “in anger over the bleeding of our people in Tulkarm and Gaza.”
Israeli occupation forces launched a three-day aggression on the Nour Shams camp, resulting in the martyrdom of 13 civilians, including a child, and injuring dozens.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced the detention of the bodies of four martyrs.
