FALCON POWERS – According to the military spokesman for the Yemeni Houthi group, Yahya Sarea, the group launched a missile attack on the U.S. aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the Red Sea, in retaliation for U.S.-British airstrikes on the Yemeni governorates of Sanaa, Hodeidah, and Taiz.
The statement said: “In response to these crimes and as part of the response to the U.S.-British aggression, and in continuation of the victory for the injustice of the Palestinian people, the missile force and the naval force of the Yemeni armed forces carried out a joint military operation that targeted the U.S. aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the Red Sea. The operation was carried out with a number of cruise and ballistic missiles.”
