Brussels Refuses to Host Israeli National Team

FALCON POWERS – The municipality of Brussels, the Belgian city that was supposed to host the UEFA Nations League match between Belgium and Israel on September 6th, announced today (Wednesday) that hosting the event would be “impossible”.

Brussels stated in a press release that organizing the international match which was scheduled to take place at the King Baudouin Stadium in the Belgian capital on September 6th poses a safety risk due to the tensions surrounding Israel in Europe.
