A very difficult night in Rafah – Martyrs, fierce clashes, and massive displacement


Falcon powers – The city of Rafah experienced a very difficult night, with intense Israeli artillery and air bombardment of the city, resulting in the deaths of several citizens and the injury of others, as well as a large-scale displacement of families.

According to media sources, ambulances faced difficulties reaching homes that were targeted by Israeli strikes in the western part of Rafah, and the body of a martyr was brought to the Emirati Crescent Hospital due to the Israeli bombardment in west Rafah.



Additionally, several citizens were martyred when the occupation targeted the home of the Arafat family in Tel Sultan, west of Rafah, for the second time while rescuing the wounded after the first bombardment.



An Israeli bombardment on a displacement camp tent for the Abu Jarad family at the gate of the Agency’s barracks in Tel Sultan, west of Rafah, resulted in the martyrdom of 7 citizens and the injury of others.



The sources also reported the injury of several citizens in clashes around the Zaʿrub roundabout, west of Rafah city, after Israeli vehicles attempted to infiltrate the area.

Furthermore, the upper floor of the Indonesian Hospital in the Tel Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah, was targeted by artillery shelling.
