After the Escalation in the North: Israel Seeks Assistance from the United States

Falcon powers – After a series of attacks by Hezbollah and the difficulty in achieving a political settlement, Israel has sought assistance from its ally, the United States, to take deterrent measures against the party.

According to reports in Israeli media, Israel has recently asked the Biden administration to help in efforts and take deterrent measures against Hezbollah. Let us recall that in the past, with the outbreak of the war, two aircraft carriers were sent to the region.

According to estimates by the “Alma” research institute, Hezbollah possesses 75,000 rockets and projectiles, with only a few thousand of them being precision-guided missiles. In addition, the party currently has a permanent arsenal of about 2,500 drones of all types.

The institute also says that in the event of a full-scale war with Israel, the amount of weapons in Hezbollah’s possession will allow it to launch an average of about 3,000 rockets per day on Israel from its total arsenal.
