Falconpowers – Iranian drone swarms have been launched and ballistic missiles have followed them, with the Islamic Republic declaring that it has begun its response, which it has named “The Truthful Promise.” The US intelligence estimates that the drones will reach the skies of Israel in 9 hours.
On the other side, Egypt, Jordan, and Iraq have announced the closure of their airspace to aviation.
Eyewitnesses in the Egyptian capital reported intense activity of Egyptian fighter jets patrolling the skies, while Jordan has declared that it will shoot down any drone that penetrates the kingdom’s airspace.
In Israel, the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation has announced that Netanyahu has convened his ministers in a fortified room to closely monitor the events, and the Israeli radio has called on all Israelis to take shelter in air raid shelters.
Britain has also announced that it is now participating in the interception of the Iranian drones.
