Ben Gvir on the “day after” the war: “I would love to live in Gaza”

Falcon powers – Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir stated that Israel should encourage the “voluntary migration” of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, indicating that he has “no problem if the war government is abolished”.

Regarding his perspective on the “day after” the war in the Gaza Strip, he called for the full occupation of the Strip, stressing that “Israel must be the one that controls the Strip, unambiguously, and not anyone else”.

Ben Gvir considered that “the most important thing is to encourage the voluntary migration of Palestinians.

If there is a migration of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, it would be possible to expand beyond the return to the settlements. I would love to live in Gaza if that becomes possible.”

He added, “I have no problem if the war government is abolished and the decisions are transferred to the expanded government,” indicating that if he were somehow involved in the political decision-makers of the war, he would have called for “cutting off the fuel until the return of the captives to us… I would have entered Rafah to the end.”
