Lebanon and Gaza War

Biden: A new deal – either Hamas agrees to it or Israel will continue the war!!

FALCON POWERS – On Friday evening, US President Joe Biden announced a new 3-stage plan proposed by “Israel” to stop the war in the Gaza Strip.

In a speech at the White House on the situation in the Middle East, the US President said that “the proposal includes a comprehensive ceasefire, the withdrawal from Gaza, and the release of Israeli prisoners.”

Biden stated, “We cannot miss this moment to reach an agreement on Gaza… The time has come to end this war.”

The US President, addressing a message to Hamas, said: “The deal must be accepted.”

Biden said that “Israel” has proposed a new “comprehensive” agreement to stop the fighting and withdraw all its forces from Gaza within six weeks.

3 Stages
The US President explained that the Israeli proposal includes 3 stages that map out a roadmap to end the war in Gaza.

Biden added that the first proposed stage of 6 weeks calls for a ceasefire and Israel’s withdrawal, the release of hostages, and the return of the remains of the killed.

Biden continued that the second stage will witness the exchange of prisoners, including soldiers, and the maintenance of the ceasefire, explaining that there are many details that need to be negotiated to move to the second stage.

Regarding the third stage after the war, Biden mentioned that a comprehensive reconstruction plan for Gaza will be implemented, aimed at rebuilding infrastructure and improving the living conditions of the residents of the Strip.

Biden emphasized that the Israeli proposal has been conveyed to Qatar and Hamas, noting that Egypt and Qatar are working to ensure that Hamas does not resume any military operations against Israel.

The US President stressed that the continuation of the war will deplete Israel’s capabilities and increase its isolation.

He pointed out that American negotiators have focused in recent days on a ceasefire in Gaza that would lead to the end of the war, the release of hostages, and a better future for Gaza without Hamas.

Biden said that “Israel has the right to defend itself and if Hamas fails to comply, Israel will resume its self-defense.”

He also said that “this deal will lead to calm in the region, including the conclusion of a historic agreement between Israel and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

Biden called on Hamas to agree to Israel’s new offer to release the hostages in exchange for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, saying this is the best way to begin ending this deadly conflict.

Biden indicated that the ceasefire will enable the safe and effective distribution of those aids to all those in need.

Biden also emphasized that the United States will help in formulating a solution on the Lebanese border that will allow the return of residents of the threatened areas north of Israel to their homes.
