Falcon powers – U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said, upon leaving the meetings, that Hamas must decide whether to move forward with the proposal or not. He confirmed that Netanyahu had affirmed his commitment to the ceasefire proposal in their meeting the previous night.

Blinken stated, “Prime Minister Netanyahu last night affirmed his commitment to the proposal to release the hostages and a ceasefire. We are now awaiting a response from the Hamas leadership in Gaza.”
