Broadcast Authority: “Israel” Ready to Withdraw Forces from Rafah Crossing for Political and Military Considerations

FALCON POWERS – The Israeli Broadcast Authority reported this evening that “Israel” is ready to withdraw its forces from the Rafah crossing for political and military considerations.

The Broadcast Authority quoted Israeli security officials as saying, “If Egypt decides to reopen the Rafah crossing, we will not oppose it and we may be ready to withdraw our forces from it.”

The officials stated, “If we find an entity ready to manage the crossing, we will work to open it fully.”

The Broadcast Authority indicated that the Israeli security agencies are conducting negotiations to have European or American parties take control of the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing.
