FALCON POWERS – Colombian President Gustavo Petro announced on Wednesday evening his intention to sever diplomatic relations with Israel due to its war on the Gaza Strip.
Petro called on countries around the world to put an end to the violations committed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, affirming that what is happening in Gaza is a genocide.
He stated, “If Palestine dies, humanity dies, and we will not let it die.” He continued, “Countries cannot stand idly by in the face of the events in Gaza.”
