Falconpowers – The occupation army has raised the state of alert in preparation for a ground invasion of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, and the central camps.
The Hebrew website Walla reported that the main operational idea has been approved by the General Staff of the occupation army and the Minister of War, and it has been presented to the War Council.
According to the instructions, in the first stage, occupation army forces will attack the active cells in the north and center of the Gaza Strip. The army has in the last few hours begun directing artillery forces, armored personnel carriers, mobile combat rooms, headquarters and armored vehicles to the Gaza Division area.
According to the site, in this stage, the 162nd Division will increase its deployment in the central region, where the army claims operational opportunities have been created according to the plan.
Military officials said a decision has been made to carry out a number of major moves to prepare the area. Among them is the expansion of humanitarian aid, with a focus on the role of the United States and European countries, in order to support the Rafah plan.
