FALCON POWERS – According to Haaretz newspaper, the Israeli government has informed the Supreme Court of its refusal to disclose any information about detained Gazans, including their place of detention.
Dr. Adnan Al-Barsh, the head of the orthopedics department at Al-Shifa Hospital, was reported to have died as a result of torture in Israeli occupation prisons.
Dr. Al-Barsh was arrested from Al-Awda Hospital in Jabalia, where he was detained along with a number of doctors, patients, and displaced individuals, approximately three months ago. The Prisoners’ Affairs Commission and the Prisoners’ Club announced the martyrdom of two detainees from Gaza, including Dr. Adnan Ahmed Al-Barsh, the head of the orthopedics department at Al-Shifa Hospital.
