Falcon powers – The Israeli army announced on Friday that it had bombed approximately 40 targets in the Gaza Strip within a 24-hour period. It stated that it continues its operations in the Zaytoun area in central Gaza and other areas east of the city of Rafah in the southern part of the Strip.
In a statement, the army mentioned that the aircraft targeted several sites in Rafah that had reportedly witnessed rocket and mortar shell launches towards Israel in recent days, including some that targeted the Kerem Shalom crossing.
It indicated that Israeli aircraft bombed military facilities, observation points, armed cells, and infrastructure belonging to militants.
On Thursday, Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated that the air force had destroyed approximately 25 targets and continues to operate in the area.
