FALCON POWERS – The Israeli army announced the continuation of its operations in the Rafah area, and the “elimination of several Hamas elements during several confrontations”.
The occupation army said in a statement today, Saturday, “We have started an operation in the Tel al-Sultan area”, indicating that its airstrikes targeted “infrastructure in the area”.
The statement added: “The forces on the ground, with air support, were able to eliminate a number of fighters who were active in a building that posed a threat to the forces present in the area.” Earlier, the Israeli army announced that 4 Israelis, including two soldiers, were injured by the explosion of an explosive device near the Harmeesh settlement, and the Al-Qassam Brigades later claimed the incident.
