Israeli Broadcasting Authority: International Criminal Court to Issue Arrest Warrants for Israeli Officials!

Falcon powers – The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that “the main reason for issuing arrest warrants is not the number of casualties in Gaza, but the humanitarian situation.” The Israeli Broadcasting Authority announced on Sunday that the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague is likely to have made his decision to issue arrest warrants against Israeli officials due to the Israeli war on Gaza and its humanitarian consequences, according to information received by Israel.

The Authority stated that “the main reason for issuing arrest warrants is not the number of casualties in Gaza, but the humanitarian situation.

The Prosecutor suspects that Israel not only failed to provide sufficient aid to Gaza, but also deliberately prevented and obstructed the entry of such aid, leading to cases of famine. This is contrary to international law,” according to the Arab World News Agency.

Earlier today, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued immediate instructions to all Israeli embassies worldwide to prepare for a wave of anti-Semitism and anti-Jewish sentiment in light of the anticipated decisions of the International Criminal Court regarding the war on Gaza.

Israelis believe that the Court may issue arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Galant, and Chief of Staff Hertzi Halevi in the coming days. The Authority added, “Israeli Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz has instructed the enhancement of security at Israeli embassies worldwide and readiness for an outbreak of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel sentiment.”

According to Israeli media reports, Netanyahu expressed grave concern about the possibility of an arrest warrant being issued against him by the International Criminal Court in The Hague due to the military operation in Gaza.

The Hebrew newspaper “Maariv” reported that Netanyahu made significant efforts in recent days to prevent this potential development, conducting intensive communications, especially with Washington, in order to prevent the issuance of an arrest warrant by the International Criminal Court in The Hague, including indirect attempts to pressure US President Joe Biden.

According to “Maariv,” there is a belief that the issuance of the arrest warrant is a matter of time. Last week, Netanyahu downplayed the significance of any decisions that might be issued by the International Criminal Court, stating that the Court’s decisions would not affect Israel’s actions regarding Gaza. He also described the possibility of arrest warrants as a dangerous precedent in a statement on the X platform.

Netanyahu wrote, “We will not accept any attempt by the International Criminal Court in The Hague to undermine Israel’s right to self-defense.”

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that Netanyahu’s tweet about The Hague has angered senior officials in Israel, who clarified that “any statement could complicate an already complex situation.” The Authority added that Israeli officials “considered Netanyahu’s tweet as a possible threat.”
