Israeli Media: Hezbollah-affiliated drone approached to film Netanyahu’s house in Caesarea

FALCON POWERS – The Israeli newspaper “Israel Hayom” reported that the Israeli army suspected the infiltration of a drone affiliated with the Lebanese Hezbollah, which was targeting the filming of the residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu south of Haifa.

The newspaper stated that an Israeli military ship spotted the drone off the coast of Caesarea and it was heading to film Netanyahu’s private residence located near the Caesarea beach, south of Haifa.

The newspaper continued: “The detection of a suspected Hezbollah drone near the Prime Minister’s residence on the sea coast, and fighter jets were scrambled as a result.” It added: “Although there was no visual confirmation during the Friday incident, military officials and the Air Force did not completely rule out the possibility of launching a small unmanned aerial vehicle from Lebanon.”

Sources were quoted as saying: “Netanyahu was not at home during the mentioned incident.”
