Falcon powers – The Israeli occupation army announced on Thursday the killing of five soldiers from the Paratroopers Brigade during the battles in Jabalia camp.
It also acknowledged that five soldiers were seriously injured in the fighting in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to the spokesperson of the Israeli army, the announcement was made regarding the killing of five soldiers from the 202nd Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade during the battles in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as the injury of 16 others, including five in serious condition.
The army stated in a statement that the five casualties were Sergeant Betsalel David Shashua, Sergeant Elan Cohen, Sergeant Daniel Hamo, Sergeant Gilad Arieh Boim, and Captain Roy Bit Yacov, noting that they were killed in the battles in northern Gaza on Wednesday.
With the killing of these five soldiers, the number of Israeli army fatalities since October 7th has risen to 626, including officers and soldiers.
Yesterday, Israeli sources reported that a number of Israeli hospitals were preparing to receive injured soldiers from Gaza due to a “very, very difficult security incident” in Gaza during the ongoing fighting with Hamas and Palestinian factions in the northern part of the Strip.
Additionally, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that they managed to kill 12 Israeli soldiers “in a complex operation” in Block 4 area of Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
