Northern Settlements Burn… How has Israeli Failure Spread from Gaza to the Northern Front?

Falcon powers – The northern front is witnessing a significant escalation and expansion of the flames between the Israeli occupation and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli reports say that northern “Israel” witnessed the most intense attacks launched by the Lebanese Hezbollah since October 8, 2023, with strict censorship by the Israeli army and military censorship on the extent of human losses.

According to a report by the Israeli research center “Alma”, Hezbollah carried out 325 attacks on the northern settlements in May at a rate of 11 attacks per day, while the number of Hezbollah attacks was 238 in April, at a rate of 8 attacks per day.

But Hezbollah’s attacks have also become more intense in terms of quantity and quality.

The Haaretz newspaper report says that Hezbollah’s losses on the Lebanese side are increasing, so the party is responding with heavy shelling deeper into the occupied territories.

With the increasing public pressure on the Israeli government to take the necessary measures, the prospect of a full-scale war looms, which portends much greater destruction in the north, where the scenes of burning have become ever-present.

The Israeli Failure Spreads from Gaza in the South to the Northern Front
Haaretz says that the state of failure and lack of progress in Gaza after 8 months of fighting extends to the north and makes the situation there much worse with a significant loss of control.

The United States assumes that the ceasefire in Gaza will be an entry point for intensive negotiations that could lead to a long-term ceasefire between “Israel” and the Lebanese Hezbollah, but the fighting is intensifying in the meantime, and columns of smoke are rising from Kiryat Shmona and other northern settlements.
