FALCON POWERS – Two Russian officials said on Sunday that Ukraine launched dozens of drones overnight and targeted several Russian regions, but there were no reports of damage.
Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of Bryansk region, said on the Telegram app that at least 23 drones were destroyed over the region in western Russia near the border with Ukraine. Vasily Anokhin, the governor of Smolensk region in western Russia, also said that Russian air defense systems shot down drones over the region. The number of drones destroyed was not made clear.
The officials said that according to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries in the region, and no damage was reported in the two regions.
