Palestinian Official Reveals the True Intentions of the United States Behind the Floating Port in Gaza

Falcon powers – Palestinian Liberation Organization member Omar Al-Ghoul considered that the real objective of the temporary floating maritime berth in Gaza is linked to the displacement of the Palestinian people from this crossing.

Al-Ghoul said today, Saturday, to the “Cairo News” channel that “the goal of the berth is to create the nucleus of a naval military base on the Mediterranean shores of the Palestinian territories, to support Israel’s option of having full control over the governorates of the Gaza Strip, and to prevent the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital on the borders of June 4, 1967.”

He pointed out that “the temporary floating maritime berth aims to close or marginalize the Rafah crossing and replace it with the maritime crossing, to bypass Egypt and its role, position, and strategic relations with the Palestinian Arab people.”

He stressed that “the berth is the nucleus of an American naval military base on the Palestinian Mediterranean coast, with the aim of dominating and controlling the gas and oil located on the shores of Gaza, in addition to facilitating the displacement process without going through one of the Arab gates.”

He continued: “The brothers in Egypt and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan have clearly and explicitly stated that they will not allow the passage of the displacement deal that targets the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian land from the sons of the Palestinian Arab people.”
