Prisoners’ Families Set Fire Near Netanyahu’s Residence

FALCON POWERS – Hebrew media outlets have revealed that protesters supporting Israeli prisoners’ families set fire near the residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.

In a related context, families of deceased Israeli soldiers held a special memorial ceremony in Tel Aviv on Monday after their request to deliver speeches at the cemeteries was denied.

Israeli demonstrators demanding the return of the prisoners and expressing opposition to the government gathered outside the Ministry of Defense in Kirya, Tel Aviv. They chanted slogans in front of Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Hertzi Halevi as he left to participate in a ceremony commemorating fallen Israeli soldiers.

The families of Israeli soldiers fighting in the Gaza Strip urged the Israeli Minister of Defense and the Chief of Staff not to invade Rafah.

Furthermore, families of 900 Israeli soldiers fighting in the Gaza Strip submitted a message on Monday urging the Israeli army to halt the attack on Rafah, which they described as a deadly trap for their children.
