Russian Defense Ministry: Approximately 1,965 Ukrainian Soldiers Eliminated in the Past 24 Hours

FALCON POWERS – The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that around 1,965 Ukrainian soldiers were eliminated during operations conducted by Russian forces as part of the special military operation in the past 24 hours.

In a statement regarding the results of the operations on Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry noted that “units from the Northern Group of Forces successfully struck the personnel and equipment of the 57th Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the 113th Territorial Defense Brigade in several areas, inflicting losses estimated at around 70 killed.”

The statement continued, saying that units from the Western Group of Forces successfully liberated the town of Makeyevka in the Luhansk People’s Republic, inflicting losses on the enemy of up to 450 soldiers. Additionally, units from the Southern Group of Forces caused losses to the Ukrainian Armed Forces amounting to approximately 610 soldiers and several military equipment.

The statement also highlighted that units from the Central Group of Forces inflicted losses of around 620 soldiers on the enemy, while units from the Eastern Group of Forces took control of more advantageous positions, leading to approximately 135 Ukrainian soldiers being killed. Furthermore, units from the Dnieper Group eliminated around 80 Ukrainian soldiers.
