Falcon powers – The head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces, Igor Kirillov, announced that the Russian Ministry of Defense continues to record the United States’ violation of the international Chemical Weapons Convention.
This came in Kirillov’s briefing on the military and chemical activities of the United States and Ukraine, where he said that the United States is violating fundamental international treaties such as the 1925 Geneva Protocol, which bans the use of toxic gases and bacteriological agents in war, and the Chemical Weapons Convention.
