Swedish Police: Gunfire Near Israeli Embassy


Falcon powers – The Swedish police reported today (Friday) that they have arrested several people and cordoned off a large area in the capital Stockholm near the location of the Israeli embassy, following suspicion of hearing gunfire.

The police indicated that the mentioned area is located between Djurgårdsbron bridge and the Nobel Garden and Oscar Church in the capital, confirming that they have arrested several people and opened an investigation into what is suspected to be a serious firearms offense.

The police explained that “with regard to the ongoing forensic investigation, results have been reached that reinforce the suspicion that a shooting has occurred.”
