Falcon powers – The Israeli occupation army’s radio station “Galei Tzahal” announced today, Saturday, the death of a sergeant and a reserve colonel, and the injury of two other soldiers with serious wounds during the ongoing battles north of the Gaza Strip.
In details, the Israeli website “Walla” quoted the Israeli occupation army under the banner of “censor approval” that Sergeant Yair Avitan, from “Ranaana”, who is a fighter in the 890th Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade, and the reserve colonel Yaakir Shmuel Titelboim from “Ma’aleh Adumim” were killed during the battles raging north of the Gaza Strip.
The spokesperson of the Israeli occupation army said that a soldier from the “Battalion 13” in the “Golani” brigade and an officer from the “Rotem Battalion” in the “Givati” brigade were seriously injured in the battle that took place north of the Gaza Strip, and they were transferred for treatment in the “Beilinson” hospital.
Additionally, the Israeli occupation army announced the injury of 22 Israeli soldiers with various wounds during the past 24 hours.
With this, the number of Israeli occupation army casualties acknowledged rises to 670 since October 7, 2023, including 318 killed during the ground battles inside Gaza.
Today, the “Al-Qassam Brigades”, the military wing of the Hamas movement, confirmed that their fighters detonated an anti-personnel charge in an Israeli force that had infiltrated the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, in a pre-prepared ambush, resulting in soldiers of the Israeli force being killed and wounded.
Yesterday, Friday, the Israeli occupation army acknowledged the death of Sergeant Eyal Shainz from the “931” Battalion in the “Nahal” Brigade during the battles with the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip.
