FALCON POWERS – The occupation army announced today, Thursday, that it assassinated Muhammad Ali Nasser Faran, the official in charge of weapons manufacturing in Hezbollah.
The Israeli army said in a statement that “Faran has been working in recent years to manufacture strategic and unique combat means for Hezbollah, where some of the infrastructure he was responsible for in southern Lebanon has been attacked in recent months.”
It added: “His assassination is part of our activity to strike Hezbollah’s capabilities to grow through the weapons and combat means designed to target the Israeli home front.”
An Israeli drone had targeted a car on the Kafr Djamal-Nabatieh road in southern Lebanon this morning, Thursday, killing its driver and injuring 3 students who were in a school van on their way to school.
Later, Hezbollah mourned in a statement: “The Martyr Fighter Muhammad Ali Nasser Faran ‘Nasser’, born in 1989 from the city of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon, who was martyred on the path to Jerusalem.”
