Wall Street Journal: Trump Pledges to Expel Pro-Palestinian Students if Elected

Falcon powers – According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, former US President Donald Trump said he will expel foreign students who support the Palestinians if he is elected president again in November.

The newspaper said Trump’s comments came during a meeting with major donors to his re-election campaign on May 14.

During the meeting, Trump stated: “One of the things I’ll do, any student that’s over here that’s a foreign student, and they’re protesting, we’re going to throw them out of the country. You know, we have a lot of these foreign students.”

He added: “They’ll behave very nicely once they hear that.”

Several American universities have seen protests and sit-ins by American and foreign students in support of Palestinians against the Israeli war in Gaza.

According to the Wall Street Journal report, Trump praised the New York City police for forcibly dispersing a student sit-in at Columbia University and encouraged other police departments across the US to follow suit.
